The Role: As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with an experienced Recruitment Consultant, acting as their 'shadow' and providing essential support with day-to-day recruitment activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn the ropes of recruitment, and develop your career. A clear career path follows your development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with sourcing and screening potential candidates for education roles
• Supporting in maintaining candidate and client databases
• Posting job adverts and managing applications
• Arranging interviews and managing interview schedules
• Conducting initial candidate assessments via phone or email
• Providing administrative support, including document management and compliance checks
• Learning and assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive and positive attitude with a keen desire to learn
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Interest in education and recruitment is a plus
• Previous experience in admin or customer service is advantageous but not essential
