Deal Execution:

1. Play a key role in the execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
2. Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.

Industry Research:

1. Stay abreast of trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the real estate, gaming and lodging industries.
2. Conduct in-depth industry research to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.

Client Interaction:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and helping them achieve their financial goals.
2. Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and transaction details.

Team Collaboration:

1. Collaborate with senior bankers and other team members to contribute to the overall success of the REGAL group.
2. Work closely with professionals from various disciplines, including legal, compliance, and other support functions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2. 3-5 years of experience in investment banking.
3. Previous sector experience beneficial but not a prerequisite.
4. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
