A top-tier property and construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Nottingham team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyors’ role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead in delivering an exciting portfolio of high-profile projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, culture, heritage, hotels, leisure, life sciences, and residential.

As well as providing both pre & post contract, contract administration and employers’ agent services, you’ll be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships and mentoring a team of Surveyors.

With a flat company structure, you will benefit from direct access to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

This role offers a clear progression route to Director level, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS is preferred
• Confident and client-facing individual
• Experience delivering projects autonomously
• Pre & post contract experience
• Varied sector / project experience
• Employers’ Agent & Contract Admin experience is a bonus
