Associate Quantity Surveyor

A well-established and expanding Chartered Surveying Consultancy is seeking a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their senior team at their contemporary Manchester office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyors’ role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who excels in project delivery. You’ll take the lead on a variety of exciting projects, with values reaching up to £70m, across the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyors’ responsibilities will span the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while also providing mentorship and guidance to a team of Quantity Surveyors.

This role offers a unique balance of responsibility and autonomy, allowing you to demonstrate your leadership abilities while delivering exceptional results for high-profile clients.

With a clear pathway to an Associate Director position, this opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional eager to make a lasting impact within a thriving consultancy.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

1. Previous experience within a consultancy environment
2. Ideally MRICS qualified
3. Excellent pre and post contract experience
4. Comfortable overseeing junior quantity surveyors from a management perspective
5. A successful track record leading projects in excess of £20m from inception to completion
