A proactive, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to take on the challenge of leading both the quantity surveying and project management functions of the practice. This is a rare leadership opportunity within a well-established business with offices in Central and South London.

Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside the Managing Director, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead the Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, and Project Management teams in delivering an array of high-quality public-sector projects.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will also be heavily involved in growing the quantity surveying function and:

1. Preparing bids and attending bid meetings
2. Carrying out appraisals
3. Managing the Quantity Surveyors
4. Act as the key client contact
5. Attending business development events
6. Be hands-on in delivering projects

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

1. MRICS is preferable.
2. Public sector/Residential/Education project experience ideally.
3. Previous experience as an Associate Quantity Surveyor.
4. Resilient, client-facing, good management skills.
5. Excellent quantity surveying knowledge.
6. Eager for a challenge.
