The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a national, multidisciplinary consultancy, with several UK offices, covering a wide range of project sectors.

Reporting to the Director, the role encompasses hands-on work, including client-facing, along with team leadership and development.

Business development and new client outreach is a part of the role, so any previous and ongoing client relationships are very advantageous.

1. Preparing bids and attending bid meetings
2. Carrying out appraisals
3. Managing Quantity Surveyors
4. Acting as the key client contact
5. Attending business development events
6. Being hands-on in delivering projects

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

You will have a minimum of 5 years' consultancy experience and live within commutable distance of central Birmingham.

1. MRICS is preferable.
