  • Handling project issues: managing escalations and working with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Improving processes: working with leadership to tweak and enhance workflows and systems to make everyone’s life easier.
  • Tracking progress: keeping an eye on how projects are going, including quality checks and meeting data collection targets.
  • Managing finances: overseeing billing and making sure projects finish with healthy profit margins.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Associate Project Director will have:

  • A degree (or equivalent experience), plus at least 5 years in market research and 3 years in project management.
  • Bonus points if you’ve got experience in healthcare-focused research or handling big, complex projects.
