  • Proactively develop new business opportunities across the Midlands, leveraging your knowledge of the Birmingham market and existing relationships within the commercial sector.
  • Manage and grow a diverse commercial portfolio with a particular focus on building long-term relationships with banks, private clients, pension funds, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a small, growing team of valuers, ensuring they are motivated and supported in their professional development.
  • Take ownership of both client relationships and business development, ensuring delivery of high-quality valuations in line with client needs.
  • Play a key role in the business's 5-year growth plan, helping to establish Birmingham as the hub for the Midlands.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and successful team, collaborating with professionals from different service lines within the business.

What We Need From You:

  • A highly motivated, results-driven individual with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
