DESCRIPTION
Since the customs border between the UK and Europe (EU) was introduced in 2021 because of Brexit, UK Selling Partners face new challenges to launch and grow their business in Europe. Amazon Marketplace enables businesses (our "third party Selling Partners") to sell products on both Amazon.co.uk and across Amazon stores worldwide. We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals to build their career within Amazon Marketplace and work directly with our largest UK Selling Partners to grow their business in Amazon EU stores.
As an Associate Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic UK Selling Partners and helping them navigate the complexity of selling in the EU so they can reach millions of new customers across the border. You will achieve this by helping them to launch and grow on a suite of strategic programs Amazon has launched to make it simpler, faster, and more cost-effective for Selling Partners to sell in EU Stores post-Brexit.

To help you deliver in this role, you will be provided a detailed onboarding plan to build the necessary knowledge to perform the role, in addition to ongoing training to help you grow your sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You will be assigned experienced account managers to support.
