Salary: £60,000- £75,000

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Associate Partner on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Financial responsibility for your team
  2. Business development - working with your network to secure repeat and new business
  3. Development of your team - recruitment, training, and development plans
  4. Support the offices with cross-office resources
  5. Recruitment of strategic hires to grow your team
  6. Support other teams across the offices with financial/strategic challenges
  7. Supporting and promoting the company at industry events
  8. Ensuring you keep up to date with legislation changes and disseminating across the business
