The Team

The Role
Join as an Associate Mechanical Engineer and take a lead role in delivering innovative mechanical designs for some of the most impactful data centre projects around the world. You'll be part of a dynamic team in the UK and internationally, guiding projects from concept through to completion.

As a key leader within the team, you'll manage and mentor engineers, ensuring design excellence and seamless project delivery. You'll oversee budgets, timelines, and designs while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your experience will also help inspire and develop the next generation of engineers.

You'll be fully supported by senior team members, working in a collaborative environment that encourages growth and fosters innovation at every step.


The Skills

  1. Chartered Engineer with a degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (MEng, BEng, or equivalent).
  2. In-depth experience in Mechanical Engineering within the data centre and critical systems sectors.
  3. Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and delivering outstanding results to clients.
  4. Strong communicator with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
