Associate Mechanical Engineer– Building Services

My client is seeking a driven Associate Director/Associate to grow and develop their building services team in Manchester. You will deliver projects across diverse sectors, including scientific and laboratories, defence, healthcare, education, retail, and more, in both public and private domains.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will lead building services projects, drawing on expertise in mechanical engineering with strong knowledge of electrical, public health, and sustainability.

About You:

  1. Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
  2. Chartered Engineer, member of a relevant body
  3. Proven client-facing and communication skills
  4. Expertise in mechanical engineering with knowledge of other disciplines
  5. Proficient in AutoCAD and IES software; experience with Revit and Hevacomp is a bonus
  6. Eligible for MOD "SC" security clearance
