Introduction

Are you ready to take your engineering skills to the next level with a company that's all about precision, performance, and innovation? We're working with a leading name in bespoke flow control and separation solutions trusted across high-performance industries for their technical expertise and unwavering focus on quality.

This is your chance to step into a specialised manufacturing environment where no two days are the same. If you're passionate about driving improvements and want exposure to a range of exciting sectors, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Please note: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be ITAR compliant and able to obtain BPSS clearance (or higher).

What will I be doing?

  1. Plan and implement efficient production systems, processes, equipment, and facilities to keep manufacturing running like clockwork.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to overcome technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Develop manufacturing methods, tooling, and processes plus support new product introduction and hands-on prototyping.
  4. Create and maintain accurate manufacturing routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the MRP system.
  5. Use 3D design software to design tooling and assembly aids (and don't worry we'll provide full training if needed!).

What do I need to succeed?

  1. You've got a solid foundation in HND, NVQ Level 3, or something equivalent under your belt.
  2. You understand the ins and outs of manufacturing tolerances, whether it's for assembly or machining, precision is your thing.
  3. You're comfortable navigating MRP systems, mapping out processes, and keeping technical documentation clear and accurate.
  4. Bonus points if you've had some exposure to metal treatments, unconventional machining, or even a bit of welding know-how!
  5. You know your way around AutoCAD, whether it's 2D layouts or diving into 3D design.
