Job Title - Manufacturing Engineer

Please note: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be ITAR compliant and able to obtain BPSS clearance (or higher).
What will I be doing?
- Plan and implement efficient production systems, processes, equipment, and facilities to keep manufacturing running like clockwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to overcome technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop manufacturing methods, tooling, and processes plus support new product introduction and hands-on prototyping.
- Create and maintain accurate manufacturing routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the MRP system.
- Use 3D design software to design tooling and assembly aids (and don't worry we'll provide full training if needed!).
What do I need to succeed?
- You've got a solid foundation in HND, NVQ Level 3, or something equivalent under your belt.
- You understand the ins and outs of manufacturing tolerances, whether it's for assembly or machining, precision is your thing.
- You're comfortable navigating MRP systems, mapping out processes, and keeping technical documentation clear and accurate.
- Bonus points if you've had some exposure to metal treatments, unconventional machining, or even a bit of welding know-how!
- You know your way around AutoCAD, whether it's 2D layouts or diving into 3D design.
