Are you eager to join a dynamic operations team within the Entertainment Partners & Content Group? Apply your expertise in leading media assets to ensure seamless fulfilment for the LEGO Group's global streaming and broadcast partners!

Core Responsibilities

The Partner Operations Manager will be a part of the Operations Team in the Entertainment Partners & Content Group. This position includes effectively leading all aspects of and delivering the LEGO Group’s media Entertainment assets for global distribution streaming and broadcast platform partners, as well as internal collaborators.

  • Oversee the daily collaboration with LEGO's post-production vendor to ensure content delivery aligns with contracted SLAs.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for the EPC Distribution team.
  • Manage asset delivery for a variety of internal and external collaborators.
  • Provide comprehensive distribution support, including placing distribution orders for partners.
  • Handle partner screener requests and conduct asset availability research.
  • Respond to partner result quote requests and manage rights effectively.
  • Maintain and update the distribution tracker to ensure accurate records.
  • Create and manage distribution deal purchase orders with precision.
  • Lead external partner metadata servicing, including the management and storage of custom templates.
  • Address and resolve partner rejections efficiently.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving workflows and processes.
  • Provide systems support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the point of contact for localization integration efforts, including coordination with internal partners, pilots, and file-sharing tasks.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience in digital asset management and digital archiving.
  • Consistent track record of working directly with broadcast and streaming partners at a managerial or director level, showcasing the ability to handle tasks with tact, finesse, speed, and efficiency, even under pressure.
  • Strong familiarity with digital media formats, including audio, video, and GFX/VFX.
  • Proficient in using digital asset management systems and tools.
  • Crucial experience in collaborating with or leading third-party vendors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach and ability to anticipate and manage tasks effectively.
  • A strong focus on providing excellent customer service, with the ability to think quickly and solve problems efficiently.
  • Insight into animation production and post-production workflows is a plus.
