Associate Manager – Internal Audit

We are proudly working with a large and highly successful business who are looking to on-board an Associate Manager into their Internal Audit team, to succeed a retiring Manager.

The role involves supporting the administration and preparation of documentation to comply with J-SOX which is the Japanese version of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and involves a system to ensure internal controls of financial reporting and the correct external financial reporting.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, preparation and administration of the J-SOX and internal audit for Europe and the CIS area.
• Perform J-SOX testing in line with the regulation and internal control compliance testing.
• Identify risk areas and work together with Internal Audit and all departments to minimise risk and implement countermeasures.
• Internal Audit report drafting.
• Ad hoc administration duties as required.

Person specification:

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience in internal audit.
• SAP experience – downloading data from SAP for data analysis and collation.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and understanding the organisation.
• Ability to liaise professionally with business departments.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
