Lote Global Investments (Lote) is a shariah-compliant single-family International Investment Office focused on real estate and private equity. As part of its private equity activities, Lote Global acquires long-term stakes in a range of companies across multiple sectors, with a view to providing these new subsidiaries with corporate capability support to enable them to achieve strategic growth objectives and good governance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Three/Four days a week, based in the Leicester office
- Working closely with the CEO at Lote in any strategic consulting initiatives
- Leadership Responsibilities / Observing the NextGen Population and overseeing them and managing their workload
- Responsible for Management Consulting / Financial Analytical duties for Lote and its subsidiaries
- Finance business partnering with key stakeholders across both private equity and real estate interests, (primarily based in Chester and Manchester, will involve some travel)
- You will own, drive and deliver the business planning for all investments creating the schedules and timetables to then provide the consolidated FP&A view of all investments for Lote HQ
- Develop and implement financial planning processes, including annual budgeting and long-term forecasting, for the investment group and its subsidiaries.
- Work with investment companies to create accurate and achievable financial targets aligned with Lote’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and provide timely analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, perform financial due diligence, and present investment recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with investment teams to analyse the financial performance of existing investments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend value-enhancing initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, management dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide meaningful insights and analysis on financial trends, key performance drivers, and emerging risks to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings, investor updates, and other important forums.
- Assess capital requirements and collaborate with the finance team to plan and manage capital raising initiatives.
- Collaborate with the executive team and business leaders to develop and refine the overall strategic plan of the investment group.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor, providing insights and financial expertise to support business strategy development and execution.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-4 years management consultant / investment experience.
- Demonstratable experience of dealing with clients / stakeholders from the GCC
- Experience in various investment vehicles
- Experience in managing various projects
- Significant experience in using MS Excel, PPTX and Word
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
