KEY DUTIES

1. Deliver strategy and research projects for clients, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, market research, and presentations.
2. Support business growth through client development, proposals, discussions, and mentoring junior team members.
3. Manage project workstreams, planning, and delivery, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance internal culture.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. 2+ years of strategy consulting or in-house strategy experience is desirable; strong academic background and skills.
2. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
3. Strong ambition, work ethic, and willingness to learn, with language skills (French/German) as an advantage.
