About This Role – Associate, Institutional Lending

We are looking for a driven, analytical Associate to join our Institutional Lending team. This position works closely with teams across Nordark, including Operations, Sales, and Risk. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to provide borrowing solutions that offer flexibility and liquidity to institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have some similar experience at a cryptocurrency firm or within traditional capital markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute loan originations for clients such as hedge funds, exchanges, and proprietary trading firms
2. Provide real-time insights on crypto and fiat lending markets to clients and internal teams
3. Collaborate with operations to ensure transactions are recorded and settled accurately
4. Assist in developing new lending strategies and facilities across crypto assets
5. Monitor and mark-to-market loan portfolios to optimize returns and refinance as needed
6. Create marketing materials that highlight Nordark’s services to potential clients

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years in traditional or digital finance markets
2. BS in finance, economics, or a related analytical field
3. Deep interest and knowledge of digital currencies and market structures
4. Client-facing experience with the ability to build relationships
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
