We are currently recruiting an Associate Head of Partnerships to join our South & West campus teams, distributed across the Birmingham and Bristol areas. You will be responsible for all partnership activity in the region, including overseeing recruitment across all core programmes (ITE including PGTA, ECF and NPQs).
About the Role
As Associate Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for all partnership activity in the region, including leading the recruitment of schools and Trusts to all core, golden thread programmes (ITE including PGTA, ECF and NPQs). This will include working with existing partners (schools, Trusts and our network of Associate Colleges) to solidify relationships and develop these partnerships in scope, impact and/or scale.
You will also identify and cultivate new partners in line with the region's needs, supporting onboarding and managing communications. You will ensure we maximise the regional potential of any national programmes that the NIoT offers (e.g. the Trust Leaders CEO programme), the potential of our extensive research activity, and the opportunities we will be able to offer the sector upon gaining Degree Awarding Powers.
This is a hybrid working role with the opportunity to work from home and on campus. The role would be linked to either the Bristol campus, currently situated in The Greenway Centre, Southmead (BS10 5PY), or the NIoT's Birmingham campus at Oasis Woodview (B15 2HU). Applicants should live within a commutable distance of either of these campuses.
To be successful, you will be a great networker, communicator and problem-solver who enjoys forming and nurturing partnerships with senior education stakeholders. If appointed, you will line manage our Regional Recruitment Manager and will be a member of the South and West's senior leadership team; ensuring that we achieve our collective goals as a region.
