We are expanding our go-to-market approach for small and medium-sized business through e-commerce and updated product offerings for regulatory compliance training and employee whistleblowing and incident management reporting. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global inbound and outbound marketing programmes to drive traffic to our e-commerce platform through various marketing channels, and continually optimise conversions through testing and targeting. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimising conversion rates and maximising revenue.

What you’ll do:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for products offered through our e-commerce platforms, including driving traffic and increasing conversion rates.
  2. Manage all aspects of targeted inbound and outbound marketing campaigns designed to drive growth, including paid search, paid social, organic search, organic social, email, and other channels. You will work with cross-functional teams on aspects of campaign execution.
  3. Build testing into campaigns to continually improve campaign performance.
  4. Drive the landing page experience to continually improve conversion rates and maximise revenue.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing content team to develop compelling and engaging content for marketing campaigns.
  6. Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
  7. Manage the marketing budget for e-commerce campaigns effectively, allocating resources to campaigns with the highest potential for ROI.
  8. Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

What you’ll need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  2. 5+ years of direct experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  3. Proven track record of managing integrated, multi-channel digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid search, paid social, organic search, and email marketing.
  4. Experience driving international demand preferred.
  5. Strong experience and expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, including email and database marketing, and especially digital marketing.
  6. Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  7. Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights; must have the confidence to make informed decisions and act on them.
  8. Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  9. A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  10. A passion for delivering exceptional customer value in everything you do, enabling you to see the bigger picture while executing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; strong organisation and prioritisation skills are a must.
  11. A mindset for optimisation and testing, with a track record of constantly improving various programmes and testing new approaches.
  12. Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision-making, marketing strategy and project management.
  13. Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust.
