Exciting Opportunity for a technically-biased Associate Director in Commercial Interior Design.

A dynamic and forward-thinking studio is seeking an Associate Director (Revit) to lead the design and delivery of large-scale commercial interiors and mixed-use projects. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a bias towards technical design who thrives on design leadership, project execution, and team development within a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creative vision across commercial interiors, mixed-use, and large-scale projects.
  • Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, budget control, and timely delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering innovation and professional growth.
  • Develop and present high-quality design concepts, drawings, and presentations (Adobe InDesign, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino).
  • Conduct site visits, troubleshoot design issues, and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, leading meetings and securing repeat business.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Strong experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, or corporate interiors.
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential), Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp/Rhino.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-profile projects.
  • Excellent creative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
