Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £70k-£80k plus benefits

Our client, a highly successful multidiscipline consultancy based on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead, has a great opportunity for an experienced Associate Director in their building structures team.

You will join an established practice that works on some high-profile schemes in all building materials. The role operates within a mixed marketplace, with projects including concrete frame and high-rise construction. Clients include developers, housing associations, and building owners. A diverse day-to-day workload is ensured, and you will work on projects from concept to completion while providing advice and assistance to more junior team members.

About You:

• Degree in civil or structural engineering
• At least 8 years' UK experience
• Chartered, either MIStructE or MICE
• Strong experience working on all types of building structures
• Strong client relationship experience, with the ability to maintain existing and develop new clients
