Job Description
Associate Director, Regional Insights, Stockley Park (UK)
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to join the Global Decision Sciences & Insights (GDSI) team to help drive our transformation towards a data-driven decision-making organization. This position will be based in our Stockley Park regional headquarters in Uxbridge (UK), reporting into the head of Regional Insights.
This role is responsible for partnering with the leadership team for Mid-sized Markets to provide market insights, reporting, and decision support across all therapy areas, leading the Project Algebra workstream to enable data and analytics across the region, as well as partnering and collaborating with A&I leads in all markets within the region. Process improvement is another key aspect of the role to enable agility and find efficiencies to empower local affiliates.
This is a hands-on role that will be done in partnership with many stakeholders including global marketing leads, regional leadership, global affiliates, IT, GDSI, and CommOps.
The desired candidate would have previous experience in data and analytics, reporting, market research, and forecasting.
