Are you an experienced Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor, looking to take your next step to Associate Director? This is a unique opportunity to join one of Scotland's premier privately-owned Quantity Surveying practices, renowned for 50+ years of providing specialist cost advice across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage Quantity Surveying services and cost management on high-profile projects within the commercial, retail, residential, and leisure sectors.
2. Provide strategic advice to ensure optimal project outcomes.
3. Collaborate closely with clients to tailor services that meet and exceed their unique project aspirations.
4. Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to financial parameters.
5. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About You:

1. RICS qualified.
2. Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy environment is essential.
3. A proven track record within the commercial, retail, residential, or leisure sectors.
4. Leadership abilities, with experience of delivering complex projects.
5. Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
