Role Overview: An award-winning consultancy is looking to strengthen their position in the Cornish market and expand the team with a dynamic leader to head up their Quantity Surveying division in the area.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Quantity Surveying division with a focus on delivery.
2. Grow a team and build key client relationships across the region.
3. Manage a healthy pipeline of work with private and public sector clients.

Qualifications:

1. Experienced Senior/Associate QS with a proven track record in a consultancy environment.
2. Strong leadership skills and a drive for success.
