An exciting opportunity has arisen at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in the role of Associate Director of Learning and Organisational Development. Reporting to the Deputy CPO, the successful candidate will have a proven track-record in organisational development at a senior level in a large organisation.
They will also have senior leadership experience of overseeing learning and development on an organisation-wide scale to ensure provision of highly effective services that exceed the needs of customers, are innovative, and which operate in accordance with statutory requirements, best practice, NHS and Trust policies and procedures.
You will join Team Kings at an exciting time as we look to continue the delivery of our People and Culture Plan alongside projects on talent management, leadership development and staff survey.
