We are actively seeking an Associate Director of Estates to work for an organisation based in the South West of England. The contract will originally go for 3 months, but with a likely extension or opportunity for permanent employment
Position: Associate Director of Estates
Location: South West of England
Pay: 375 to 425 day rate on an Umbrella/CIS basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead estates services on multiple hospitals
- Ensure compliance, governance and risk management in healthcare setting
- Strategic management and service improvement
- Report to Operations Director and Managing Director
- Collaborate with workforce and stakeholders
- Manage outsourced contracts for estates services
- Oversee financial performance, budgets and resource allocation
