Salary: £60,012 to £69,127 per annum - including London Allowance

We are looking for an exceptional new colleague to lead a proactive Communications function that contributes to increasing engagement, building awareness, and strengthening the reputation of Royal Holloway locally, nationally and globally. This is driven by our strategic ambitions for the 2030s to be a University of Social Purpose - raising the profile of our core areas of strength and supporting financial sustainability through growth.

This involves developing a Communications strategy to build awareness, influence and advocacy through proactive communications, relationship building and strategic reputation management (proactive and reactive). They will work with their team to ensure a joined-up approach to delivering on that strategy.

Candidates should have experience of working at a senior level in a Communications role, with excellent leadership, engagement and relationship skills. They should have passion for the Higher Education sector, experience of working across global markets, enjoy juggling multiple projects, working collaboratively, and relish a (rewarding) challenge.
