A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director for a 6-month contract who has solid experience in Health Economics Outcome Research or Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry or related HEOR consultancy, to work as part of their Medical Affairs department.
Key responsibilities are but not limited to:
The development, delivery, and leadership of HEOR strategy and tactics for assigned products in their Oncology Therapeutic Area.
Act as the single point of contact and provide initial guidance and strategic support to tactics in mature and developed markets.
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of tactics for major European markets.

The Person:
Post-graduate degree in Health Economics, Economics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or Epidemiology.
Demonstrable knowledge of Market Access.
Experience with HEOR in clinical research design, epidemiology, and health policy.
Understanding of regulatory bodies (EMA, MHRA, ABPI, PMCPA) and major HTA bodies (EFPIA, NICE, AMNOG, HAS, TLV, AIFA).
Experience in leveraging outcomes data from RWE.
Knowledge of regionally relevant health care systems in the context of healthcare decision making, HTA, reimbursement, pricing.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
