Would you like the opportunity to head up site based FM teams across a portfolio of prestigious commercial Trophy Buildings in London, where you will be responsible for the team management, a best in class customer service oversight, ESG delivery and client relationships?
Do you have experience of managing an array of corporate clientele and in house staff, whilst delivering a 5 FM service provision across both hard and soft services on Trophy Buildings in London?
I am currently recruiting for an exciting new position for an Associate Director, Facilities Management to head up the FM services across a handful of Trophy, Multi Tenanted commercial buildings in London through their site based team.
The successful candidate will have 4 + years experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience, team management and previous experience of working on a Trophy Asset.
This is an exciting opportunity, paying an attractive salary of £73k + travel paid, with the chance to work for a company that invests in their people and career progression.
