Main Responsibilities: Associate Director/Director role
Lead and deliver high-impact health-focused campaigns.
Provide expert consultancy on health policy, public affairs, and market access strategies.
Engage with government, media, and key stakeholders to navigate complex policy and regulatory environments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions.
Support business development efforts, securing new opportunities and expanding client accounts.
Manage and inspire teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Represent the organisation at industry events, networking, and sharing expertise.
Main Requirements
Extensive experience in healthcare policy, public affairs, and/or strategic communications.
Proven track record of delivering successful health-related campaigns.
Strong knowledge of life sciences policy and market access.
Strong understanding of UK health policy, regulatory frameworks, and market access.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to provide high-level counsel to clients.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong leadership and team management abilities.
