I am currently on the lookout for an Associate Director, Commercial to join a leading consultancy’s Healthcare Practice in London (Hybrid role).
In this role, you’ll have the chance to work with global and UK clients, helping bring innovative products and services to life. You’ll be part of a passionate, creative, and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client programmes and product launches, brand positioning, and omnichannel strategies.
Identify and pursue new business pitches and growth opportunities.
Manage relationships, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
Mentor and inspire high-performing individuals within the team.
Drive financial performance and ensure targets are met.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in a fast-paced promotional communications environment (agency or in-house).
Proven business development expertise with a strong track record in managing client relationships.
Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and how to apply insights to drive strategy.
