Associate Director, Business Development

The Business of Fashion is looking for a results-oriented Associate Director, Business Development, with a proven track record of business to business sales success, to help drive the growth of BoF Careers revenue globally.

This role will be focused on selling BoF Careers subscriptions along with employer branding partnerships. With over 380 partners around the world, BoF Careers is the leading global marketplace for the best companies, jobs and talent in the fashion and beauty industry. What We Need You to Do

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company as a key individual leader contributor within the commercial team. This position will be based in our London office, and reporting into the Senior Director of Business Development in London, who oversees our global partnerships across BoF Careers.

In being successful in this role, you will:

1. Deliver against your own personal individual sales target
2. Work with an SDR on outreach and engagement strategy
3. Oversee growth for key accounts including renewal, identifying opportunities for upselling, and managing ongoing relationships
4. Source and close BoF Careers, Employer Branding sales to leading clients and multinationals across fashion, luxury, beauty and related verticals
5. Identify prospective sales targets and manage sales pipeline
6. Act as a brand ambassador for BoF
7. Responsible for all relevant administrative tasks related to sales delivered, such as setting up account users, invoicing, sales tracking, etc.

Who You Are

1. Results and process driven Associate Director, business development, ideally within online B2B, SaaS, fashion, beauty or media companies. Recruitment solution sales experience is advantageous.
2. Proven track record of consistently hitting/exceeding revenue targets
3. Highly organised and able to work independently and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
4. Understanding of and interest in the fashion and beauty industry
5. Highly professional, and ability to act as an ambassador for BoF
6. Willingness to roll up sleeves in a scale-up atmosphere
7. French/ Italian language proficiency a bonus

2. Sourcing and closing BoF Careers subscription sales leading growth of B2B clients and multinationals across fashion, luxury, beauty and related verticals
3. Growing existing accounts, and achieving a high renewal rate for existing partners
4. Working well with the existing global sales team, to support existing partners and delivering upon team goals
