An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Associate Director to join a prestigious, market-leading estate agency in Oxford. With a history spanning over 100 years and a presence in over 50 offices across the UK, this is a brand synonymous with excellence in the high-end property market.


Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary: £40,000 - £55,000
OTE: £75,000+
Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (5PM finish on Fri), 1 in 3 Saturdays


Key Responsibilities:
Drive office revenue and profitability through residential property sales in Oxford City and surrounding areas.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure future business and instructions.
Win new instructions for the sales team to sell.
Deliver a high level of tailored client service, ensuring seamless transactions.
Oversee sales progression, liaising with solicitors and keeping all parties informed.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including AML and KYC responsibilities.
