Associate Director - Banking and Financial Services - up to £120k + benefits - London/Hybrid
CONSULTING AND BANKING DOMAIN EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
You will be an experienced and strategic Senior Banking Consultant to lead the consulting team and provide expert guidance to clients in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and market trends, along with exceptional leadership and client management skills.
Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Banking space covering a few departments that may include Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Credit Cards, Payments, Corporate Banking, Treasury, Securities Services, Trade Services, Factoring, etc.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking or financial consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or similar are a plus.
