Benefits: 25 Days Holiday, Rapid Progression to Directorship

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Associate Director to join and lead a well-established team within a respected, nationwide construction and property consultancy. Based in Birmingham, this strategic role offers a clear, accelerated path to directorship, and the chance to shape the future of the regional team with a budgeted headcount growth of up to 300%.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across both client-side and consultancy environments, with a track record of delivering pre- and post-contract services. JCT contract experience is essential, while familiarity with NEC contracts would be a welcome bonus.

This is a leadership role with real impact — focusing on elevating performance, maintaining high standards, and guiding the development of a growing team. You'll be working across a diverse and high-profile portfolio in the residential, retail, education, logistics, and commercial sectors.

Key Requirements:
  1. MRICS or equivalent chartered status (essential)
  2. Strong consultancy and client-side experience
  3. Pre- and post-contract expertise
  4. Proven ability to manage contractor relationships
  5. Extensive knowledge of JCT contracts; NEC experience desirable
  6. Team leadership and performance management skills

If you're looking to take the next step in your career with a clear, supported route to directorship and the chance to make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
