Remuneration: Circa £100,000

Full-time OR Part-time General Dental Practitioner required for 3-5 days per week in a well-established, independently owned practice in Whitchurch, Shropshire.

• £15.50 PER UDA
• Up to 7000 UDAs available (completely flexible with target)
• 50% split on private
• 50% split on lab bills
• Fully computerised surgeries - 6 surgery practice
• OPG (coming soon)
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary Endo
• FD considered
• Therapist & Hygienist on site
• Full support team including a PM on-site
• 9am-5pm working hours
• Great accessible transport links to the practice
• 35 minutes from Chester and 35 minutes from Shrewsbury
• Available now, start date negotiable

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
