Remuneration: Circa £90,000

Description: Part-time/Full-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a busy, mixed practice near in Wales.
• Up to 3500 – 5000 UDAs
• Up to £14 per UDA depending on skillset and experience
• 50% split on Private & Labs – GREAT Private Potential
• Long established Team with some working in the practice for 15 years
• Also an Implant Centre
• 8 Fully computerised surgeries
• Practice Manager, Therapists and Hygienists on site
• Trios Scanner, Digital X-rays
• Sponsorship available for 4-5 day roles
• Experienced Mentor on site so would suit experienced Dentist looking to develop their skills
• Established book of Patients
• Close to the sea and University Town so great rental opportunity too
• Denplan provided
• Practice provides Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Implants etc.
• Available now, start date negotiable.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
