Remuneration: Circa £50,000
Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2 days per week (FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS) in a busy, mixed, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Caterham, Surrey.
- EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL - £3K-£4K PER MONTH GROSS (BASED ON 2 DAYS)
- £13 PER UDA
- 20-25 UDAs per day
- 50/50 on PVT and Labs
- Practicing principal, 3 Associate & hygienist on-site
- Fully computerised surgeries - 3 surgery practice
- Trios Scanner
- Microscope
- Digital x-rays
- Rotary Endo
- Qualified nurses
- Principal does Implants
- Parking on site and Free Street parking
- Hours 8:30-5:00
- Available immediately, start date negotiable
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
