Description: Full or part-time Associate position required for 2-5 days per week in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED Mixed practice Nr Ross on Wye, Herefordshire
• £14 - £16.00 per UDA
• 60% Private to the Dentist
• Hours 9am - 5pm

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate

• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
