Associate Dentist

Remuneration: Circa £100,000+

Description: Part-time or Full-time Associate Dentist required for 3-4.5 days per week, in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Radcliffe, Manchester.

• £14 PER UDA
• Up to 7000 UDAs available
• 50% on PVT income
• 50/50 split on lab bills
• Associate dentist retiring after 18 years (very stable patient list)
• Fully computerised surgeries - 3 surgery practice
• 2 Associates on site including principal for additional support/mentoring
• Rotary Endo
• Digital x-rays
• SOE
• Therapist on site
• Excellent staff retention
• PM has been with practice since 2004
• Head nurses has been with practice for 20+ years
• Qualified and experienced nurses
• Denplan offered to patients
• Good referral scheme
• 8:30-4:30 Mon-Thurs, 8:30-1pm Fri, 30min for lunch
• FREE car park to the rear

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
