Remuneration: Circa £90,000 +
Part time PRIVATE Dentist required 3 days per week in a busy, PRIVATE, well established practice near Keswick, Cumbria.
- Private 50% Labs 50%
- Working Hours: 8am - 6pm on a rota basis (Mon, Tues, Weds one week; Weds, Thurs, Friday 2nd week)
- Every 2 weeks achieving 6 days in a row
- 2 Fully computerised surgeries, Dentally software
- Digital x-rays
- Full support team with Hygienist/Therapist on site
- Free public parking nearby
- Available now, negotiable
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within the last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
