Remuneration: Circa £100,000+
Part OR Full time Performer Dentist required for 4-5 days (flexible) in a busy, mixed INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Brackenhall, West Yorkshire.
- Specifically no less than 4 days per week - Hours flexible - can do half days
- 2000-7000 UDAs at £13-£14 per UDA
- 50% split on Private & Labs
- Fully computerised surgeries
- Digital x-rays
- Rotary endo, Cerac Machine
- Full support team including a Therapist
- Existing, well maintained list
- Practice offers Perio, etc.
- Any interest in Invisalign would be advantageous but not essential
- 5 minutes to Huddersfield, 20 minutes to Halifax, 30 minutes to Leeds
- Available now, start date negotiable
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
