Remuneration: £12-£13 per UDA + Private

Description: Part-time NHS DENTIST required for 2-3 days per week in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE in Hastings, East Sussex.

1. UDA target between 4500-5000 per annum @ £12-£13 per UDA with EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENTIAL
2. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday available
3. 45% split on PVT (reviewed after 6 months)
4. Practice has undergone a full refurbishment with a dedicated private suite
5. iTero Scanner
6. Digital x-rays
7. Rotary Endo & Apex Locator
8. Specialist interests welcome – Invisalign, Ortho, Endo, Oral surgery
9. 50/50 lab split
10. Dedicated treatment coordinator
11. Consultant Orthodontist on-site once a week
12. SOE software/Intraoral Camera
13. Close to local amenities and transport links
14. Full support team on site

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
