Associate Dentist

Remuneration: Circa £110,000+

Description:

Part or Full time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days (flexible) in a busy, mixed, well established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Halifax, West Yorkshire.

• Up to £17 per UDA depending on experience (3000-3500)
• A £1000 per month for sessional contracts
• Good Private Income in addition
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• Fully computerised surgeries - 4 surgery practice
• Digital x-rays
• Wave One Rotary Endo
• Mentor on site for additional support
• Hygiene Therapist on-site
• Existing, well maintained list
• Long standing support team
• FD training practice
• FREE PARKING ON SITE
• 5 minutes to Halifax, 30 minutes to Huddersfield and Bradford
• Position would suit an experienced or newly qualified associate
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
