Remuneration: Circa £65,000

Description: Part time Associate Dentist required for 2-3 days per week in an independently owned mixed practice near Brightlingsea, Essex.

1. £14 per UDA – 2000-4000 UDAs
2. Private & Labs 50%/50%
3. Established list
4. Hygienist on site
5. 2 surgery practice
6. Digital x-rays
7. Intra Oral Cameras
8. Experienced nurse support
9. Free Parking
10. Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
