Remuneration: £14 per UDA / £16K per month in private income achievable on a full-time role (based on another Associate)

Description: Part-time Associate Dentist required for 3 days per week, flexible with days in a beautiful, purpose-built, independently owned practice near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

1. £14 per UDA

3. 50% split on private & Labs
4. 3 Associates, 3 Hygienists, dedicated surgery Principal & PM on site

12. Car park 2 min walk from practice/free on-street parking
13. 25 minutes from Gloucester, 40 minutes from Worcester and 30 minutes from Cirencester

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
