Description:

Part Time or Full Time Performer Dentist required 2-5 days per week for a mixed practice in Belfast:

1. 45% on NHS and private
2. Established patient list
3. A fulfilling part-time or full-time position with a flexible schedule
4. Established, busy practice, NHS and private capacity, Primary location in central Belfast
5. Comprehensive services including implants, facial aesthetics, cosmetics, and clear aligners

15. 8:30 to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

2. Local Area Team confirmation
3. GDC certificate
4. UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
5. Indemnity certificate

7. Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
8. Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
9. Degree certificate
10. CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
