Job description

Associate (Data and Service Management)

Location: Norwich

Type: Permanent

Salary: £23,500 per annum plus benefits


Our client, a leading Financial organization, is seeking an Associate within their Data Management Team.


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding of new deals into the system of record, providing a full service up to data sign off in line with agreed client KPI's.
  2. Maintaining the system of record, updating and validating new data as it is received.
  3. Monitoring the Tenancy Schedule inbox, ensuring all tenancy data is processed in line with agreed SLA's.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong attention to detail with the ability to process data accurately and efficiently.
  2. Ability to work within a team and independently.
  3. Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  4. Analytical skills to understand loan documents and tenancy data.
  5. Good understanding of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
