We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director to join a Bristol based creative agency with global reach. This is an exciting role with a chance to join a fast growing and ambitious business with a unique proposition. You’ll be joining at a time of consistent year on year growth and on the cusp of some exciting creative projects to lead.

What you’ll be doing

As Associate Creative Director you’ll be responsible for managing a design team of 3. You’ll provide day to day line management and creative leadership, helping guide projects and create the conditions for your team to do their best work. You’ll be reporting in to an experienced Creative Director, regularly reporting the success and progress of your team.

The agency is integrated so you can expect to lead projects across multiple channels including brand, digital, print, social, film and motion. You’ll play a leading creative role, providing strategically sound concepts and execute these through the team as well as getting hands on yourself when needed.

As ACD you’ll build great client relationships, working closely to understand briefs, spot opportunities and help deliver the clients vision with the team. You’ll lead on presentations and help when pitching for new business too.

What experience you’ll need

• Previous creative agency experience.
• An experienced designer with strong branding and campaign work in the portfolio.
• Experienced in leading or managing design teams, developing people and critiquing work.
• Enjoy being client facing and building strong relationships with customers.
